Frontier Airlines Flight Attendant Job Requirements

  • Must be a least 21 years old
  • Possess a valid passport
  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Pass a physical/medical exam
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test including:
    • Marijuana (THC)
    • Cocaine
    • Amphetamines (methamphetamines and MDMA)
    • Opiates (codeine, heroine, 6-AM, and morphine)
    • Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Successfully complete a six week flight attendant training program in Denver, CO
  • Ability to work flexible hours, days, and holidays


To obtain a Flight Attendant job with Frontier Airlines, strong considerations will be given to flight attendant candidates:

  • Who can speak one or more additional languages

    • Willing to conform to a uniform dress code
  • Meet strict appearance standards
    • No tattoos below the shoulder (from shoulder to fingertips)
    • No tattoos below mid-thigh (from mid-thigh to toes)
    • No tattoos on neck area (front, back, or behind ear)
    • No multiple piercings
